Kimberlee often plays queens, goddesses, rebels and women in charge. She brings humor and warmth to authority figures like Mary Stuart, Queen of Scots and a touch of mischief to the misunderstood like Charlie, an almost human android who happens to be a dominatrix.
Since earning her BFA in Acting from Ithaca College, she’s continued training at the Barrow Group School, Stella Adler Studio and with Karen Kohlhaas.
This summer, she performed as Cressida and during “ShakesBEER” with New York Shakespeare Exchange. Kimberlee originated comedic roles in Could This Meeting Have Been An Email? and Bonesetter: A Tragislasher with indie feminist theater company Spicy Witch Productions. She’s performed abroad in works by emerging writers in Belfast, Northern Ireland and Nassau, Bahamas.
A recipient of the Fade In Prize for Best Short Screenplay at the Dream Center in Harlem, she’s currently developing a new full length screenplay while she continues to audition and build relationships with other New York creatives. Two of her acting fantasies are voicing a Disney villain and joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
